Real bhel puri lives or dies by its three chutneys — the green (mint-coriander), the brown (tamarind-jaggery), and the red (chilli-garlic). Most packet bhel mixes give you one generic powder. Ours gives you all three as separate premixes, the way street vendors actually use them.
Hari Chutney for the bright, fresh, herby base. Imli Chutney for the tangy-sweet jaggery balance. Lehsun Chutney for the sharp red kick. Add them in different ratios — that's how every Bombay vendor makes their bhel taste like *theirs*.
Nothing else hides in any of these bags — no fillers, no preservatives, no artificial colour, no MSG, no "and other spices." The ingredient panels on the back are the whole list.

RECIPE — Bombay Bhel Puri (Serves 2)
Ingredients
- 50 g Bombay bhel mix
- ¼ onion, chopped
- Boiled potato, chopped
- Raw mango, chopped
- 2 sprigs chopped coriander
Method
- Mix 1 tsp lehsun chutney with enough water to make it pourable.
- Mix 4 tsp imli chutney with enough water to make it pourable.
- Mix ¾ tsp hari chutney with enough water to make it pourable.
- Combine bhel mix with onion, potato, mango, coriander, and the three chutneys. Add chaat masala to taste and a squeeze of lemon. Mix and serve immediately.

Is this organic?
No. Premium-grade ingredients, no preservatives, no artificial colour, no MSG, but Spiced Right is not certified organic.
Why three chutneys instead of one mix?
Because every Bombay vendor adjusts the three chutneys to their own ratio. Pre-blending would lock you into one taste. Three separate gives you control.
How long do these stay fresh?
Best within 6 months of opening each pack. Store airtight, away from heat and humidity.
Are these spicy?
Bhel puri is street-food spicy. The lehsun chutney is the heat-bringer; reduce or skip if you want mild.
Do I need to add sev or bhel mix?
Yes — these are chutney premixes only, not the puffed-rice bhel base. Buy bhel mix and sev separately at any Indian grocery.
