RECIPE

Method

• Add 2.5 tbsp of the masala mixed in half a litre of water 
• Then also add  2 sprigs of finely chopped coriander and put the mixture in the fridge to chill for one hour at least, till it absorbs all the flavours
• Adjust salt and sweetener according to taste.
