Our Commitment

At Spiced Right, we take pride in delivering premium spice blends crafted to elevate your culinary experiences. If you encounter any issues with your order, we’re here to make it right.

We process and ship orders within 3-5 business days. Delivery times may vary based on location and carrier availability.

If We’re at Fault

Mistakes happen, and when they do, we take full responsibility. If your order is incorrect, damaged, or affected by a logistical issue, you are eligible for:

  •  A full replacement, shipped to you at no additional cost, or
  • A full refund in form of store credit, including shipping costs.

Damaged Shipments

Your safety is our priority. If your shipment arrives damaged:

  • Please do not consume the product.
  • Report the issue within 24 hours of receiving the shipment by emailing us at care@spicedright.co
  • Please provide your order number and clear pictures of the damaged packaging and product.

We will review the claim and arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Change of Mind

We understand that sometimes you may change your mind after making a purchase. If so:

  • Unopened products in their original packaging  can be returned within 7 days of receiving your order
  • Once we receive the product in its original condition, we will issue store credit equivalent to the product cost less the original shipping cost.

If you are Unsatisfied

If you’re unsatisfied with the product for reasons unrelated to errors on our part:

  • Write to us at care@spicedright.co within 7 days of receiving your order, providing your feedback
  • After reviewing your claim, we will provide a store credit equivalent to the product cost minus logistics costs.

Conditions for Returns and Refunds

  • Requests must be submitted within the specified timeframes (24 hours for damaged shipments; 7 days for all other claims).
