Masala Chai for the chai itself — ginger, cardamom, clove, cinnamon for warmth and aroma. Indori Jeeravan for finishing the poha or pakoras — cumin-forward, tangy from amchur, the way Indore makes it.

Nothing else hides in either bag — no fillers, no preservatives, no artificial colour, no MSG, no "and other spices." The ingredient panels on the back are the whole list.
