3 ½ cup beans , carrots , cauliflower , peas and grated cabbage
¼ cup beetroot chopped
2 tsp ginger garlic paste
1 cup onion finely chopped
3 ½ tbsp Bombay Pav Bhaji Masala
3 ½ tbsp butter
1 tbsp oil
½ lemon
1 tbsp degi mirch
1 tbsp regular red chili powder
salt and rock salt according to taste
1 bunch fresh coriander
Method of Preparation
Taking 1 tbsp oil , 1 tbsp butter and 1 tbsp of Bombay Pav Bhaji Masala saute the ginger garlic paste and onions till they are slightly brown .
Add tomatoes and capsicum , saute for another 3-4 minutes
Then add all the vegetables and potatoes with a tbsp of butter and a tbsp of Bombay Pav Bhaji masala and saute it for another 3-4 minutes
Add a glass of lukewarm water and allow it to boil for 10 minutes. Then add regular mirch , degi mirch , salt and rock salt.
With a potato crusher , crush the vegetables. Further add water to bring it to Pav Bhaji consistency with 1 ½ tbsp Bombay Pav Bhaji Masala and rest of the butter.
Allow it to simmer for 5-6 minutes , squeeze ½ a lemon , mix it and garnish it with fresh chopped coriander.
